Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2.Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled within the allowed timeframe
  • Received product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Product not delivered within the promised timeframe

3.Non-Refundable Items

Some products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund (e.g., personalized or clearance items). Such conditions will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4.Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.Return Shipping

If a product return is required, customers are responsible for shipping the item back in its original packaging unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
