Return If you made a purchase on our website or app, you do not have to print and send in the receipt for your order with your return.
If you made a purchase from a device at one of our stores, then you do need to print it out and include it.
These are the options for returning your items:

IN STORE
You can return at any Zara Home store in the same market where you purchased the item.
Remember to always take a printed copy of your purchase receipt or show it on your mobile phone.

FROM YOUR HOME
Returns will cost from £1,95 that will be deducted from the amount to refund.
We also have different return rates that may vary depending on the item, this amount is not cumulative and the highest amount will only be charged once, regardless of the variety and units returned. Your return cost will be shown when requesting the return, whether you have made the purchase through your user or as a guest.
If you made the purchase using your account on our website: log in with your username and password. You can make a return request from the order details screen. We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours.
If you made the purchase as a guest user: request the return by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you about your order.

DROP OFF
If you made the purchase through your account on our website: log in with your username and password. You’ll be able to request the return and choose the nearest drop point by going to the order details.
If you made the purchase as a guest: request the return by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you about your order.
After processing the request, you will receive a return label that you must print and bring along with your package to the chosen collection point.

Returns must be made within 30 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.
Remember that you need the purchase receipt to return any item.
The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.

REFUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.
